I have been getting my hair cut but Kayla for the last 5 years and I won't let anyone else touch my hair. She is professional and kind and has extensive experience in both new and traditional styles of cutting. Since the first time I cut my hair I sent my brother to her the next day due to the service I received from Kayla. My brother is extremely picky but after going in for a cut from Kayla he brings his son and daughter in for there first ever cuts and he couldn't be more happy with the outcome. I've been going to see Kayla for a couple years and would never consider another stylist again! She's great, fair and knowledgeable on all things hair and coloring. Platinum is a nice, friendly environment and I couldn't recommend Kayla or it more!
It's a fairly small shop with great stylists. Very clean and professional. You don't feel lost in a crowd!
The blonde hair girl screwed up my hair about a year ago and has never been the same since!! I will NEVER go back. If I was able to post a picture of what I wanted and what I got I would. Worst salon ever.
I've been going to Platinum Hair Salon since moving to Rocky Hill six plus years ago. Kayla has been my hairdresser there since day one. She is a dedicated professional, true to her craft, she keeps up on the latest styles & trends and she knows what works for her specific clients. She also does my daughter and my son's hair. I would not trust anyone else but Kayla to do my & my family's hair. I highly recommend this salon & I wholeheartedly & unequivocally recommend Kayla. She is a true artist.
