Several friends have sent me Edible Arrangements. They always arrive on the correct day with beautiful, fresh fruit.
Terrible place ever I don't understand how edibles arrangements lets him RUN a store.
Met the owner, a really nice guy and the arrangements were perfect. Chocolate covered strawberries were perfect.
All he cares about is how to make money from customers, he has no self respect for humans around him.
Worst customer service i have ever encountered - really. Fruit was supposed to be delivered by noon on Mother's Day but arrived after 6PM and when it did arrive, it was in bad shape as if it had been exposed to hot air for some time. i spoke to an employee and the owner on several occasions by phone and in person but they simply dismissed my complaints and refused restitution of any kind. i really couldn't believe that they just didn't care at all and they persisted in refuting my claims that they promised delivery by noon even though the delivery man had the paper where it was plainly written "deliver by noon". They even denied being able to contact the driver to stop the delivery. Inexcusable behavior as far as my experience goes. i have ordered fruit so many times from other franchise locations and have always been satisfied - until now. There are plenty of other locations from which to order so i would look elsewhere for good product and service but be forewarned that the same owner has stores in Hartford, Middletown and New Britain as well. Just sayin'...
Absolutely terrible! I wish I could give zero stars. The owner, Shamoon Rashid, is rude, condescending and has a terrible attitude towards his clients. He gives Edible Arrangements a bad rep. I will never use this service again!
