I don't usually bother doing reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience....The owner is such a sweetheart and she's the only one I trust with my waxing. I've gone to other places and she is by far the best at what she does. I booked with her in advance and as soon as I got there she took me right away. You can actually hold a conversation with her which makes the experience that much better because there isn't that awkward silence. The new location is gorgeous! Very clean and such a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend coming here. You will not be disappointed!!
Today was my first time here, but certainly not the last. This is by far the best salon that I have ever visited. Very friendly staff, and what a professional, state of the art business! My full service procedure was everything that I expected, and more. Great conversation, and non-judgmental. I highly recommend this spa, especially to people who live "East of the river" - it's right off I-91, not far from Hartford. If I could rate 10 stars, I would.
