Seat a customer at a restaurant, make them wait 20 minutes for service, tell them that you don't have time to serve them, and ask them if they'd like to book a reservation for next week: are you seriously going to expect them to return?
I am unbelievably happy with the service that I happened to stumble upon....I was new to Rocky Hill and looking to get a haircut. The outside of the salon has a curb appeal, which is very important to me, as an interior designer.
After a 15 to 20 minute wait, and with about two hours remaining before the supposed 4pm close, the hair dresser finished up with her current client, and proceeded to whisper with the receptionist. The receptionist then approached me and stated that the hair dresser needed to leave and could not accommodate me. Despite other employees on site, no one ahead of me in the waiting area, and the salon supposedly open another two hours, she asked if she could schedule me an appointment for Tuesday.
Ask for Michael G, hes friendly and professional and he will cut your hair or style it just the way you want.
Mike gave me the best haircut! He gave a great scalp massage and made sure everything was perfect!
I get my hair done by Michael Giordano, and he does an absolutely AMAZING job! I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Walking in the door I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff and a stylish salon. Everything was spotless with an upbeat vibe, definitely felt I was in the right place for a fresh cut. Mike Giordano was free, now the reason I wrote out his full name is you MUST request him he is fabulous!
Awesome customer service and the staff is always so personable. What a great environment to get your hair cut.
Cutter's Edge advertises that it is open until 4pm on Saturdays; the front door states "walk-ins welcome". I would not have walked through the door if it weren't for these two factors. The receptionist was welcoming and conversational, and I told her I was a walk in. She acknowledged I was a new "client" and signed me in, stating that one of the employees was finishing up another client and would be with me. Having walked in on a Saturday, I did not mind a wait. This first impression became the first and only positive thought regarding my experience at Cutter's Edge.
If you are looking for an establishment with a real "Edge", that respects your time and values your business, this is just not the place.
