I went with a group and we had a limited menu but I had the salmon and a sweet potato and it was excellent. Also had a very tasty chocolate and ice cream dessert. Service was excellent. I highly recommend it.
Chuck's is usually on their game but the last 2 times we've been there it just hasn't been the same. My wife's steak was ordered medium and her cousin's medium well and they came out well done and rare. My fish was as overcooked and dry as it possibly could have been. The steaks were sent back and delivered once again cooked wrong. Our waitress was apologetic and we reassured her that it wasnt her fault. Meanwhile the manager never even stopped by our table to talk to us....i had to ask to see him. When he finally came to our table he looked at us and asked the question "what's up" I was appalled. He knew what was "up" even before he was asked by our waitress to come see us. This guy looked, acted and was dressed more like he should be managing a McDonald's rather than a Chuck's Steak House. They did comp the bill which only had 3 salad bar charges and 3 cocktails on it but it was a combination of his attitude and the kitchens issues that will keep us from returning anytime soon.
A favorite hang out to meet friends when we're in town. Great food, lots of fun. We always enjoy the visit. Love all the appetizers, meals are fabulous
Great friendly place with constantly good food, been coming here for over 40 years. I believe that is the best recommendation any place can have.
This was my first time here, and it was date night! The food and service were terrific. We were able to have a cozy booth that allows us nearly to have our own private space with just the right amount of attention from the staff. The atmosphere was not overly quiet, but certainly not bustling. My date had the kebab, which came with a large helping of vegetables and beef skewered; she enjoyed it with the mashed potatoes. I had the sirloin and crab legs, also with the mashed potatoes. The meat was done as requested, both being medium well. Surprisingly priced quite modestly and I plan on returning soon.
