Terrible service. Slow staff and incorrect orders. Do not come here.
I went through the DT to get my coffee and donut. The coffee was beyond amazing, and they had all the donuts I wanted in a little “to go box”. So instead of asking me to pick a different kind of donut they opened the box of donuts and gave them to me. I wanted 5 glazed, 5 pumpkin, and then for my inconvenience the girl gave me a “spider donut” for free. I was happy to see things change for that Dunkin’ Donuts. I had a great experience.
good service clean and larger than other 3 in town 2 on silas deane hwy are very busy. this ones at foot of west st and cromwell ave. use your AARP for free donut with lg coffee. ask for senior discount as well if 55 and over..youre not carded either..lol. very modern bldg lots ifvwindows n light enters drive through as all have and just down road is a new starbucks as well if you like to experiment.
I used to work at this Dunkin’ Donuts, when I worked here everyone was rude. I came back about 9 months later, all the staff was different , everyone seemed nice.
Terrible service. Terrible quality of products. Never gets your order right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! worst this company has to offer. Thankfully a Starbucks went in down the road and even though I don't like them they still have better coffee because it doesn't taste burnt and expensive
Always very clean with courteous staff. The drive-thru is always very busy, but that's the sign of a good business.
